WINE MAKING AND AGEING
The grapes are vinified in stainless steel vessels with surface maceration, at a temperature of 18°C for about 10 days, undergoing repeated pumping and shedding. Aged in Seguin Moreau barrels for about 3 months.
DESCRIPTION
Single variety wine making, Nero d’Avola produces full-bodied wines with high alcohol content and high sugar content from its must. Deep, ruby, red in colour with vibrant purple hues and a complex taste of its peculiarities. On the nose it is fragrant and articulate, its primary aromas of fruit with distinctive grape flower stand out. Its flavour delicate and elegant, warm and dry, full-bodied and rich in personality. Nero d’Avola is served with grilled meats and mature cheeses..
HOW TO SERVE
Use a medium to large size or balloon glass or one of ample light to allow the diffusion perfumes. Serving temperature 16°-18°C.
