Straw yellow color with green reflection, very intense, complex and parietal aroma, with marked notes of black currant, gooseberry, elderflower, sage, tomato leaves, white peach, lemon balm, mixed with tropical fruits.On the palate it has a classic and impactful attack, lively acid. The mouth is enveloped by sensation of papaya, pomegranate with slight hints of asparagus and a tropical aftertaste.
Talìa Sauvignon Blanc
VINIFICATION AND AGING
Soft pressing, temperature-controlled fermentation, refinement in stainless steel tanks, where it refines "sur-life", with monthly "batonages" for about three months.
 
HOW TO SERVE
Ideal serving temperature is 10°-12°C. Pour into medium sized glasses to enjoy its full potential.
