Tenute Mokarta SYRAH PGI Sicilian lands

VINIFICATION AND AGING

After destemming, the grapes are left to macerate at a controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks for about 10 days, undergoing repeated pumping over and delestage.

DESCRIPTION

It is distinguished by its purplish colour. Intense and harmonious notes of cherries, blackberries and spices stand out on the nose. In the mouth it is impressive, creamy, but at the same time fine, elegant and persistent. A wine that best represents the contrast of our land.

HOW TO SERVE IT

Serve in medium sized goblets at a service temperature between 16° - 18°C.
