A pleasant straw-yellow colour with greenish reflection; on the nose it is intense, aromatic, enveloping and persistent. Its palate is dry, with a good flavour with fresh and dry notes. Hints of tropical fruit, white peach and vanilla make it interesting and refreshing. Perfect as an aperitif, especially with mature and strong cheeses, enhancing the taste of spicy first courses, fish soups and shellfish.

WINE MAKING AND AGEING
 
Soft pressing, temperature-controlled fermentation, aged in stainless steel vessels matured “sur-lie” (on lees) with monthly (lees stirring) “batonnages” for 3 months.
HOW TO SERVE
Ideal serving temperature is 10°-12°C. Pour into medium sized glasses to enjoy its full potential.
