With a bright red color, it gives lively purple hues. To the nose, mineral, mature and elegant, notable hints of black currant, blueberries, plum jam, black cerry, licorice, pepper and dried violet. Balanced, harmonious, refined on the palate, with soft tannis and remarkable lineage.

WINE MAKING AND AGEING

controlled temperature (22°C) in stainless steel tanks with frequent “pumping over” and “delestage” for 14 days. Aging in 500lt French oak tonneaux for 12 months.

HOW TO SERVE

Serve at a temperature between 16°-18°C in average size stem glasses.
