Talìa Grillo VINIFICATION AND AGING
Soft pressing, temperature-controlled fermentation, refinement in stainless steel tanks where it refines sur-lie, with monthly batonnages for about three months.
HOW TO SERVE
Ideal serving temperature is 10°-12°C. Pour into medium sized glasses to enjoy its full potential.
