Italian Sparkling Wine Chardonnay


WINE MAKING AND AGEING

Soft pressing, temperature-controlled fermentation, aged in stainless steel vessels where it matures “sur-lie”, (on lees) with “batonnages” (lees stirring) for 3 months.

DESCRIPTION

In the glass, this sparkling wine expresses its personality through a straw yellow colour, with a persistent and fine beading. Its palate is refined and elegant, harmonious with marked notes of white and citrus fruit; its taste is intense, dry and decisive.

HOW TO SERVE

Tareq sparkling wine is served cold, at a temperature of 9°C.
