Tenute Mokarta CHARDONNAY PGI Sicilian lands 

VINIFICATION AND AGING

Soft pressing, fermentation at controlled temperature, aging in stainless steel tanks where it ages sur-lie, with monthly batonnages for about five months.

DESCRIPTION

The nose shows notes of exotic fruit.

HOW TO SERVE IT

The best serving temperature is around 9° - 10°C. Serve in medium-sized glasses.
