WINE MAKING AND AGEING

After de-stemming, the grapes are left to macerate at a controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks for about 10 days, undergoing repeated pumping and “delestage”. Aging takes place in stainless steel tanks for 10-12 months.

DESCRIPTION

Wine with an intense red color, it emanates deep olfactory sensations that recall morello and cherry, allowing spicy notes to emerge. Round, elegant and well-structured on the palate, notes of berries stand out.
