Estates Mokarta Nero d'AVOLA DOC SICILY
VINIFICATION AND AGING
The grapes are vinified in steel with emerged cap maceration, at a temperature of 25°C for about 10 days, undergoing repeated pumping over and delestage.
It is distinguished by its purplish color accompanied on the nose by notes reminiscent of black cherries, wild blackberries and mulberries reds, of considerable complexity. In the mouth it is spicy, fruity, enveloping and velvety.
HOW TO SERVE IT
Serve in medium sized goblets at a service temperature between 16° - 18°C.
