Ambrosìa Aweet Zibibbo
WINE MAKING AND AGEING
Soft-pressing, fermentation at controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks, the wine is aged “sur-lie” with monthly “batonnages” for about 5 months.
Zibibbo, with its distinctive golden yellow colour recalls the flavour and atmosphere of the Mediterranean. Its typical soft and fruity fragrance, with hints of peach, tropical fruit and orange blossom is accompanied by a sweet, velvety flavour. An excellent way to end a meal with dessert, leaving an aromatic and elegant taste in the mouth.
HOW TO SERVE
Zibibbo is served in a small to medium tulip glass, at a temperature between 12°-15°C.
