Bright salmon pink in color, it has a captivating scent ranging from floral to mineral. There are hint of Gallic rose, raspberry and light cinnamon, with savory hints of marine stone that make it pleasantly complex. Structured, velvety and enveloping taste, with a good carbon residue obtained from careful vinification to enhance the scent and softness of the glass with an immediate impact. Acid kit that bring back freshness and persistence. Aromas of currant are felt in the finish.

Scialii white wine -
WINE MAKING AND AGEING 
The grapes are harvested in crates to avoid the slightest mashing and gently de-stemmed. It is the softly pressed and the must obtained is clarified by decanting. The must then ferments at a controlled temperature in stainless steel containers. The wine in kept on the less fermentation vessels.
 
HOW TO SERVE
Served strictly cold, at temperatures between 8°-12°C
