The net is characterized by aromas of cherry, black cherry and mulberry, wich are interwoven with hints of vanilla, cinnamon and roasted coffee. Decided, with a strong personality, consistent with the aristocratic imprint on graper that gives it life, affects the strength and the extreme composure, the result of a texture component of a noble and appropriate acid.

WINE MAKING AND AGEING

The grapes are vinified in steel with emerged cap maceration with controlled temperatures. After vinification begins the refinement in French oak barriques for one part and in American wooden barriques for the remainder.
Refinement lasts about 12 months in barrique and another 2 years in bottles stored in a horizontal position.
 
HOW TO SERVE
Best served at 18°-20°C.
